These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sinankanmaz.com (the "Website") and all mobile and web applications published under the developer name "Sinan Kanmaz Software"(collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

The Services are operated by Sinan Kanmaz Software ("we", "us", "our"), a software development initiative led by Sinan Kanmaz. We build and publish educational, productivity, AI-powered, and utility applications using technologies such as Flutter, Firebase, and Next.js.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where we have not acted negligently.

5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

Some Services may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions via the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorised platforms. All purchases are processed by the respective platform, and their terms, conditions, and refund policies apply.

You are responsible for managing your subscriptions (including cancellations) directly via the store where you purchased the subscription. We do not have access to your payment details and cannot directly cancel store-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, UI layouts, and software code—are owned by Sinan Kanmaz Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable platform rules.

7. AI and Automated Features

Some of our applications may include AI-powered or automated features (for example, AI-generated suggestions, explanations, or learning content). While we aim to provide helpful and accurate results, AI outputs may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

You agree to use AI-generated content responsibly and understand that it should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, APIs, or services (such as Firebase, analytics providers, payment platforms, AI APIs, or external resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

In any case, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services will be limited to the amount you have paid to us (if any) for the specific Service during the 3-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Some applications may offer in-app options to delete your account or data; alternatively, you can contact us for such requests where applicable.
